Drew McIntyre and Sami Zayn will face each other again on the December 23 episode of Raw. Fightful Select reports that McIntyre is scheduled to open the show with a promo, with a producer assigned to the segment – suggesting potential physical confrontation.
The night will culminate in a three-segment main event match between the two competitors. This follows their recent encounter at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where McIntyre emerged victorious, extending his undefeated streak against Zayn to 10-0 in televised singles matches.
The episode is part of a double taping scheduled for Monday to accommodate the holiday break. Raw will resume its live broadcasts on December 30 from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Before that, the roster will perform at Madison Square Garden for a house show on December 26.
This will be one of the final Raw episodes before the show transitions to Netflix in January.
