WWE Royal Rumble 2025 Match Order Revealed
PWInsider and Fightful Select report the women’s Royal Rumble match will open WWE’s premium live event, with the men’s match closing the show.
According to PWInsider’s Elite section, the women’s Royal Rumble match will open the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble. Fightful Select subsequently confirmed this information and provided additional details about the event’s match sequence.
The women’s Royal Rumble will be followed by DIY facing Motor City Machine Guns in a 2-out-of-3 Falls match for the WWE Tag Team Championships. The third match features Kevin Owens against Cody Rhodes in a Ladder Match for the WWE Undisputed Championship. The men’s Royal Rumble match will serve as the main event.
Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair are among the confirmed participants for the women’s Royal Rumble. Flair returns to in-ring competition following a year-long injury absence, while Belair enters the match as the 2021 winner who made history by becoming one of the first two black women to main event WrestleMania.
CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and John Cena are scheduled to compete in the men’s Royal Rumble. Reports throughout the week have indicated potential surprise appearances from AJ Styles, Trick Williams, Roxanne Perez, Jordynne Grace, and Alexa Bliss.
