Growth Statistics and Economic Impact of WrestleMania
The latest installment of Wrestlemania featured a plethora of major events spanning over several days. This included world fan events, NXT Stand and Deliver, Raw, SmackDown, the WWE Hall of Fame, and so much more. WrestleMania generates up to $200 million for the hosting countries and it’s new format has proven incredibly beneficial.
Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field hosted WrestleMania XL last year, recording an attendance of 145,298 across both nights, setting new records in the process. This marked an increase in gate revenue by 78% as compared to WrestleMania 39.
Combining the stadium events of Las Vegas with all the community outreach skims, these two-day combo tickets that were released earlier through Ticketmaster in September are still available for purchase.
