WWE star injured at Survivor Series provides update

WWE Superstar Bronson Reed reveals progress in his rehabilitation from a severe talus bone injury that occurred during Survivor Series.

Bronson Reed has provided an update on his recovery process following a significant foot injury sustained during the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series. The RAW Superstar shared that he has progressed from a cast to a walking boot, though weight-bearing activities remain restricted.

Reed detailed the extent of his injury on social media:

Let’s clear up some things. Dirt sheets report ankle fracture or injury. I unfortunately smashed my talus bone completely in half, I had it surgically repaired with screws and fragments taken out. Also had some bone marrow taken from my hip and put into my foot

The injury occurred alongside setbacks to Jimmy Uso and Tama Tonga during the same WarGames match. Reed confirmed his absence from several major upcoming events:

Upgraded from cast to boot. Still no weight bearing, but hey, progress is progress

Impact on WWE Schedule

The 36-year-old former NXT North American Champion’s recovery timeline rules out appearances at significant events. Reed confirmed he will miss the RAW Netflix premiere, the Royal Rumble, and WrestleMania 41.

Despite being sidelined, Reed remains active on social media, engaging with WWE news and developments. When reports surfaced about Hulk Hogan’s scheduled appearance on RAW’s Netflix premiere, Reed used the opportunity to tease a potential future confrontation with the WWE Legend.
