Speaking on Busted Open, Dreamer acknowledged Punk’s long-awaited desire for a WrestleMania main event but cited title match precedence as a potential obstacle.

“Do I think CM Punk deserves to finally get what he wants? 1000% I do. Built correctly, the Seth Rollins story could’ve been a main event of WrestleMania with no titles on the line. If there’s a title on the line, I don’t see it happening just because of where I see everybody being positioned,” Dreamer stated.

The rivalry between Punk and Rollins intensified on RAW when both competitors engaged in a brawl that required multiple officials to intervene. Their confrontation led to the announcement of a match scheduled for RAW’s Netflix debut on January 6, 2025.
