Veteran claims Roman Reigns and CM Punk's timing may have caused Bronson Reed's injury at Survivor Series
Wrestling veteran Dr. Tom Prichard discusses how CM Punk and Roman Reigns’ timing may have contributed to Bronson Reed’s injury during a high-risk maneuver at WWE Survivor Series.
Wrestling veteran Dr. Tom Prichard suggests that a mistimed spot involving Roman Reigns and CM Punk could have led to Bronson Reed’s injury during the WarGames match at Survivor Series in Vancouver.
Reed attempted a high-risk Tsunami maneuver from the top of the steel structure during the contest between The OG Bloodline and Solo Sikoa’s faction. The spot nearly resulted in disaster when Punk’s timing in pulling Reigns away appeared slightly delayed.
“I didn’t see it, but that could be it. Who knows? That’s a big boy going up there. The balance up there for a minute then going straight down… It could have been timing. It could have been a lot of things. Kudos to him for going up there,” Prichard explained on the Taking You To School podcast.
The incident occurred during the match’s closing moments when The OG Bloodline, alongside CM Punk, secured victory over Solo Sikoa’s team. Reed was later seen wearing a walking boot following the event, indicating the severity of his ankle injury.
