WWE Hall of Famer advocates for The Rock’s return to The Bloodline storyline in 2025

Mark Henry has expressed his desire for The Rock to return and participate in The Bloodline’s ongoing civil war storyline. The WWE Hall of Famer shared his thoughts during a recent appearance on the Busted Open Podcast.

The Rock’s most recent WWE appearance occurred at Bad Blood, where he made a cryptic gesture toward Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Jimmy Uso before departing. This followed his earlier involvement at WrestleMania 40, where he aligned with Reigns against Rhodes and Seth Rollins on Night One, and attempted to assist The OTC during the Undisputed WWE Championship match on Night Two.

Henry addressed his hopes for The Rock’s potential involvement in the current faction conflict:

I want more Bloodline. I wanna see The Rock being involved in The Bloodline.

WWE considers new championship for Roman Reigns

As The Bloodline storyline continues to evolve, WWE is reportedly considering the introduction of a “Tribal Chief Championship.”

This specialized title would position Reigns in a distinct championship realm separate from the world title picture, allowing full-time performers to pursue world championships on RAW and SmackDown.

The proposed title could align with WWE’s transition to Netflix in 2025, potentially creating unique matchup opportunities against other Samoan wrestlers, including Solo Sikoa and The Rock. This strategic move suggests a continued focus on The Bloodline narrative rather than world championship pursuits for Reigns.
