Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Dr. Chris Featherstone reported on the current status of Blair Davenport on SmackDown. The 28-year-old superstar joined the blue brand in April 2024 after a notable run in NXT.
Update on Davenport: “The right story will arise where she will shine. Landscape on SmackDown is very valuable.” She has been in discussions as someone to benefit from the 3-hour format (which I already reported, but can confirm again). So, they are working on the right story to insert her in so she can be properly showcased

Davenport competed in several matches against Naomi on SmackDown. Prior to WWE, she performed in World Wonder Ring Stardom, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, and All Elite Wrestling.
SmackDown’s Return to Two Hours Scheduled
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that SmackDown will return to its two-hour format between May and June. The program expanded to three hours starting January 3, marking the first such change in its 25-year history.
Triple H confirmed the temporary nature of this change during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show.
