Tom Pestock addressed his future plans during an appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet. Pestock signed with WWE in 2012 and spent four years in NXT before moving to the main roster.
Speaking about his post-WWE career direction, Pestock discussed his desire to wrestle in Japan and develop a new character.
Baron Corbin is dead as far as we know, we’re dropping new name, new moniker, new character. I love wrestling. I love the creativeness of it. I love the freedom. I love performing in front of an audience and getting that live feedback in the moment. There’s nothing better.
Pestock made his first post-WWE appearance at The People Vs. GCW on January 19, competing against Josh Barnett.
