Major Attraction Pulled Last Minute From WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event

WWE sources have confirmed Hulk Hogan will not appear at Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 25 in San Antonio. Chris Featherstone first reported the news about Hogan’s absence from the event, where he had been prominently featured in promotional materials.

Sources verified that family-related circumstances prompted the cancellation. The decision bears no connection to crowd reactions Hogan received in Los Angeles or other arenas where event commercials aired, nor does it relate to Jesse Ventura or similar speculations.

The event broadcasts live from the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio on NBC and Peacock at 8 p.m. Eastern time. The card features multiple championship matches, including World Heavyweight Champion Gunther defending against Jey Uso, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley facing Nia Jax, and Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker against Sheamus.

Additional matches include Braun Strowman versus Jacob Fatu. Shawn Michaels serves as special enforcer for a Royal Rumble contract signing between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens.
