WWE confirmed during a backstage segment on the February 3rd episode of Raw that AJ Styles will join the red brand roster. Adam Pearce announced that Styles will appear on next week’s show.
The roster move follows Styles’ participation in the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble match, where he entered at number 21. During the match, Styles clashed with Roman Reigns, John Cena, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins before Logan Paul eliminated him from the contest.

I’ll never live that down, getting eliminated by Logan Paul. At least I’m not alone in the shame, but you know what? I got out there and I did what I needed to do. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the one coming behind me, who apparently jumped on the table, scaffold his way back over to the steps and caught me off guard. But this is the WWE. You will lose.
