During an interview with Bobby Bones Sports, Seth Rollins discussed John Cena’s inclusion in the upcoming Men’s Elimination Chamber match at WWE Elimination Chamber 2025. Cena announced his participation following his unsuccessful attempt at the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble match.
The contrast between Cena’s direct entry and the qualification process required for other competitors drew Rollins’ attention. Both CM Punk and Drew McIntyre earned their positions through qualifying matches.
That’s going to be big. I hope I can get myself in there. I still have to qualify for it. I’m not even in the chamber yet. [CM] Punk’s in the chamber. [John] Cena’s in the chamber. Cena just said, ‘I’m in. I’m doing it. I’m not qualifying, I’m John Cena,’ and I go, ‘Okay, I guess that makes sense.’
Rollins himself has not yet qualified for the Chamber match, where the winner will challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 41.
