Big Winning Streak Ends During RAW

Former AEW star Penta suffers first WWE loss in three-way match against Ludwig Kaiser and Pete Dunne while maintaining undefeated singles record since January debut.

Big Winning Streak Ends During RAW

Ludwig Kaiser secured a victory in a triple threat match against Penta and Pete Dunne on the February 24 edition of Raw, ending Penta’s winning streak since joining WWE earlier this year. Kaiser pinned Dunne to win the contest, allowing Penta to maintain his undefeated status in singles competition.

Penta made his WWE debut on January 13, immediately establishing himself with a victory over Chad Gable. Following this initial win, the former AEW star compiled an impressive record that included two victories over Pete Dunne and a win against Ludwig Kaiser in singles competition. He also defeated Grayson Waller on Main Event, further building his momentum.

Beyond his singles success, Penta demonstrated remarkable endurance during the Royal Rumble premium live event. Despite not winning the 30-man match, he established himself as a significant presence by lasting over 42 minutes in the contest, marking the longest participation time of any competitor.

The triple threat format proved to be the circumstance that finally halted Penta’s winning ways. While Kaiser emerged victorious by pinning Dunne, the result preserves Penta’s unblemished record in one-on-one competition, as he still has not been pinned since arriving in WWE.

Looking ahead, reports indicate Penta’s brother Rey Fenix is expected to depart AEW in the near future. This development could lead to the reformation of the celebrated Lucha Bros tag team in WWE, potentially opening new competitive avenues for both performers.
