Logan Paul Vows To Continue High-Risk Style Following Recent Injury

Logan Paul is recovering from the shin injury he suffered at Money in the Bank but has no intention of toning down his high-risk style. Despite the painful landing from a springboard moonsault, Paul confirmed on his vlog that he is healing well and promised fans he will perform the move again.

The injury, a significant hematoma on his shin, occurred when he executed the moonsault from the top rope, crashing through a ringside table onto Jey Uso. The daredevil maneuver took place during a tag team match where Paul teamed with John Cena against Uso and Cody Rhodes. Initially, Paul feared he had shattered both shins, but medical staff confirmed the collection of blood outside the vessels and advised compression and heat treatment for the persistent swelling.

Adding another layer to the incident, the move was performed against the advice of his own partner. Paul recounted how John Cena had warned him against attempting the risky jump, expressing doubt that he could complete it successfully.

“So here’s an update on my shin, my hematoma—it’s f***** great, to be honest,”* Paul said. “The swelling has dispersed itself, and it really hurts to touch, but structurally it’s all good. Good.”

The interference of R-Truth ultimately led to a loss for Paul and Cena in the match. However, Paul’s focus remains on his own performance and future, stating the devastating nature of the moonsault will not deter him from using it again when the moment is right.

“And let me tell you something I realized about that move—I don’t want to give anything away, but I’m going to say something: I could do that move again, bro,” Paul stated. “That move is devastating—for both me and the person I land on. But I will do it again when the time is right. So WWE fans, just know… I’m just warming up.”
