New Emotional Bray Wyatt Storyline Reportedly Coming to WWE 2K25

A new, deeply personal story mode centered around the late Bray Wyatt is reportedly set for an imminent announcement for the WWE 2K25 video game. According to a report from Fightful Select, a source within the game’s developer, 2K, confirmed the upcoming release.

The development follows recent online speculation after fans discovered files related to Wyatt within the game’s code. The storyline is described as one of the first from 2K that is expected to be highly emotional, serving as a tribute to Wyatt’s creative legacy following his passing in August 2023.

This new content will reportedly feature a significant amount of unused material from Bray Wyatt himself. It is also said to incorporate full video segments of Uncle Howdy, the character portrayed by Wyatt’s real-life brother Bo Dallas, to help construct a very deep narrative.

The Wyatt-centric story will be integrated into “The Island” mode, an immersive gameplay environment exclusive to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of WWE 2K25. This indicates that players on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One will not have access to this specific storyline. The new mode complements other related content, including a “Wyatt Sicks Pack” that was offered as a pre-order bonus and features Uncle Howdy and other associated characters.
