The NXT representation for the upcoming Evolution premium live event has been set, with six of the brand’s competitors now confirmed for the high-stakes #1 contender’s battle royal. The announcement was made by NXT General Manager Ava during a chaotic Women’s Summit segment on the July 8 episode of WWE NXT.
The six women who will represent the NXT brand are Jaida Parker, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, Lash Legend, Izzi Dame, and Tatum Paxley. The winner of the battle royal at the July 13 event in Atlanta will earn a championship opportunity at the Clash in Paris event on August 31.
The reveal, intended to be a formal summit, quickly descended into a massive brawl. After Ava confirmed the NXT entrants, she was interrupted by Fatal Influence. They were soon joined by other main roster and NXT talents, including Natalya, Maxxine Dupri, Ivy Nile, Zelina Vega, Giulia, and Jaida Parker, with the escalating tension culminating in a physical confrontation that closed the show.
These NXT talents will join an already crowded field of established main roster stars in the battle royal. Confirmed participants include the returning Nikki Bella, Nia Jax, Stephanie Vaquer, Ivy Nile, and Natalya, setting the stage for a significant clash between brands.
NXT’s presence at the second-ever all-women’s premium live event will also be felt in the championship picture. As previously announced, Sol Ruca and Zaria are set to compete in the fatal four-way match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, further showcasing the brand’s talent on a major stage.
