WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has set the record straight regarding a potential return to TNA Wrestling, confirming he is open to an appearance but with a very specific condition.
During a recent episode of his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T directly addressed speculation about reprising his “Black Snow” persona from his previous TNA run. He emphatically dismissed the idea, explaining that the character was a unique moment in time that cannot be duplicated.
“No. No, it wouldn’t be fun. You know, going out with the thing as Black Snow—something like that could only happen once. You can’t recreate something like that. No, you can’t. You can’t recreate something like that.”
While fans shouldn’t expect to see Black Snow again, Booker T did confirm his willingness to return to TNA in a different capacity. He expressed a strong interest in a guest commentary role, specifically to call a match for current NXT Champion Trick Williams.
“Would I do a TNA spot? Oh, heck yeah. Without a shadow of a doubt. It’s a possibility. Yeah. I would love to sit down and just call a match—call one of Trick’s matches, you know what I mean? Something like that. But not as Black Snow. Some Black Snow-isms might come out, you know? But not as Black Snow.”
Booker T’s history with TNA includes a run from 2007 to 2009, with his last in-ring appearance for the company occurring on May 21, 2010. In recent years, his in-ring activity has been sparse, with his last singles match taking place at his own Reality of Wrestling promotion on January 11, 2025.
As of now, there is no confirmed TNA appearance scheduled for Booker T. His comments clarify that while he is open to a non-wrestling role, an in-ring comeback with the promotion is not currently on the table.
