WWE Faction Seemingly Gains New Member On Recent Show

Charlie Dempsey appears to be rebuilding the No Quarter Catch Crew, introducing Kendal Grey as a new associate on the August 27 edition of NXT. Grey was revealed as Wren Sinclair’s handpicked partner for a tag team match against The Culling.

Dempsey stated that Grey had impressed him during her recent television match against Alba Fyre, leading to her selection. However, the new pairing’s debut was unsuccessful. Sinclair and Grey ultimately lost to Tatum Paxley and Izzi Dame following miscommunication between them.

The move to recruit new talent comes as the NQCC finds itself in a state of disarray. The faction has been depleted in recent months by a wave of departures.

Both Tavion Heights and Myles Borne earned their freedom from the group by defeating Charlie Dempsey in one-on-one matches on the July 29 and June 3 episodes of NXT, respectively. Damon Kemp also exited the faction after his WWE contract expired, with the company writing him off television on July 9 in a storyline where he was forcibly removed by the remaining members.

Compounding the instability, Dempsey himself recently suffered a high-profile loss to TNA’s Joe Hendry on the August 12 episode of NXT. Meanwhile, former member Myles Borne is now engaged in a separate singles feud with Lexis King.
