Nathan Frazer Addresses Fraxiom’s 105-Day WWE Losing Streak

Nathan Frazer has publicly acknowledged Fraxiom’s ongoing winless streak on SmackDown. Responding to a fan on X who pointed out the team has been without a victory for 105 days, Frazer suggested a change might be needed, stating, “We may have to start kicking each other in the face again.”

The current skid marks a significant downturn for the team of Frazer and Axiom, whose main roster careers began with considerable momentum. After being called up to SmackDown in April, Fraxiom won their first four matches, which included a non-title victory over the WWE Tag Team Champions at the time, The Street Profits. The team’s last televised win occurred on the May 16 episode of SmackDown.

Since that victory, Fraxiom has been unable to capture the WWE Tag Team Championship. A title match against The Street Profits on May 23 ended in a no-contest after multiple teams interfered. More recently, they competed in the six-team Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match at SummerSlam on August 3, where The Wyatt Sicks ultimately won the championships.

Frazer’s comment is a direct reference to the team’s origins in NXT, where he and Axiom first competed against each other in late 2023 before forming their successful partnership in early 2024. During their time on the brand, Fraxiom established themselves as a premier team, holding the NXT Tag Team Championship on two separate occasions. Their second reign lasted 230 days and even included a historic title defense on TNA Impact! this past January.

The team’s previous success earned them widespread acclaim. As recently as May, WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels stated that Fraxiom was “clicking on all cylinders” and considered by many to be the best tag team in wrestling. Their accolades from 2024 included being named NXT’s Tag Team of the Year and ranking second in Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s list of top 100 tag teams.
