Music stars Jelly Roll and Post Malone were in attendance for WWE Clash in Paris, sitting at ringside behind the announce table. The two are currently on a European tour together and used a day off to attend the event in Nanterre, France. They are scheduled for a concert in Germany tomorrow, September 1, and will return to France for another tour date on September 3.
Jelly Roll’s appearance comes just weeks after his official in-ring debut for the company at SummerSlam. Earlier this month, he teamed with Randy Orton in a tag team match against Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre. Despite an impressive showing that included putting Logan Paul through an announce table, Jelly Roll was pinned for the loss.
In a move that showed his respect for the business, Jelly Roll later revealed that he personally asked WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H to lose his debut match. He explained on a podcast that since celebrities are typically booked to win, taking a loss would provide a more compelling storyline reason for a potential future return.
Following SummerSlam, Triple H praised Jelly Roll’s commitment and extensive training, stating that the door was open for him to come back. Post Malone is also no stranger to a WWE ring, having previously received a chokeslam from The Undertaker during a past appearance.
