WWE Star Demands Roman Reigns’ Respect After Clash in Paris

Bronson Reed has broken his silence following the attack on Roman Reigns at Clash in Paris. After he and Bron Breakker assaulted Reigns, leading to his hospitalization, Reed took to X (formerly Twitter) to post a clear message: “SAY MY NAME WITH RESPECT!”

The incident occurred on August 31 after the opening match of the Premium Live Event, where Reigns defeated Reed. The victory allowed Reigns to retrieve his signature sneakers, which Reed had previously stolen as part of their rivalry. As Reigns celebrated, he was ambushed by Bron Breakker, who speared him through the announcers’ table.

What followed was a two-on-one beatdown. Breakker delivered multiple Spears while Reed hit several “Tsunami” splashes on Reigns. The attack continued even as medical personnel tried to intervene, ultimately forcing them to stretcher Reigns out of the Paris La Défense Arena. Paul Heyman was also taken to the hospital after Reigns had briefly applied a guillotine choke on him before the assault began.

During the Clash in Paris post-show, it was confirmed that Reigns was transported to a local medical facility and underwent both an MRI and X-rays to determine the extent of his injuries. In response to the attack, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce banned both Breakker and Reed from the arena for the remainder of the night.

The on-screen angle is serving as a way to write Roman Reigns off WWE programming temporarily. He is scheduled to begin filming a “Street Fighter” movie on September 2, where he will portray the character Akuma.
