AEW To Combine Dynamite And Collision For ‘September To Remember’ Special

In a clear nod to wrestling history, All Elite Wrestling is branding its upcoming three-hour television block on September 17 as “September to Remember.” The name, for which the company filed a trademark back on April 18, is a direct homage to the “November to Remember” pay-per-view series popularized by Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) from 1993 to 2000.

AEW officially confirmed the branding in a press release on Wednesday, detailing the special event that will air live from the Canada Life Place in London, Ontario. The broadcast is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern time and will combine two of the company’s weekly shows. The night will kick off with a two-hour episode of AEW Dynamite, followed immediately by a one-hour edition of AEW Collision, all under the “September to Remember” banner. Following the main broadcast, a 30-minute “Countdown to All Out 2025” special is scheduled to air at 11 p.m. ET.

This three-hour special will serve as the final television broadcast before the All Out pay-per-view, which itself has undergone a significant scheduling change. The event, set for Saturday, September 20, at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, will now begin at 3 p.m. Eastern time. This adjustment was made to avoid airing directly against WWE’s Wrestlepalooza, which is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. ET on the same evening.

Leading into the pay-per-view, a one-hour special titled “AEW Saturday Tailgate Brawl: All Out” will air at 7 p.m. ET on TNT on September 20. All Out will also mark a shift in distribution, as it will be the first AEW pay-per-view available for purchase on the HBO Max streaming platform in the United States, with pre-orders beginning on September 5.

In its official press release, AEW stated: “Wednesday, September 17, TBS and HBO Max will be live from London, Ontario for a special three-hour show — September to Remember — starting at 8 p.m. ET, featuring AEW’s biggest names in non-stop high-flying action as they set the stage for the signature pay-per-view event that weekend.”
