WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce has officially added several key segments to the upcoming September 8th episode in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In a social media update, Pearce confirmed that AJ Lee is scheduled to appear on the show.
In addition to Lee’s appearance, The Usos are slated to be at Raw with “something to say.” The announcement also included two new matches for the card: Lyra Valkyria will face Raquel Rodriguez, and AJ Styles is set to take on El Grande Americano.
This marks Lee’s first scheduled appearance on Raw since her return to the company on the September 5th episode of Friday Night SmackDown. During that show’s final segment, Lee confronted Becky Lynch in retaliation for Lynch slapping CM Punk. The segment concluded with Lee standing tall in the ring with the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
Lee’s return on SmackDown generated a significant backstage reaction. A report from Fightful Select noted the moment caused a “curtain sellout,” with numerous WWE superstars gathering at the entryway to watch it unfold live.
The return also drew a public response from Nikki Bella, who referenced her past feud with Lee over the Divas Championship. On X, Bella expressed enthusiasm for a potential rematch.
“That would be so fun! We had a great and magical run! Loving 2025 so much!!! Goodness imagine if Paige and Brie showed up!” Bella posted.
Bella’s comments about other potential returns follow her own recent WWE appearances at the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble and SummerSlam.
