The honeymoon is officially off for MJF and Alicia Atout, and the former AEW World Champion’s new wife is making her feelings known. After MJF used a backstage promo on this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite to announce he was forgoing his own honeymoon to deal with his heated rival, Mark Briscoe, Atout took to social media with a clear response.
This follows MJF’s statement where he told his wife he was “married to the game” before he was married to her. The decision comes just days after he attacked Briscoe on AEW Collision, a move that occurred the night after their wedding and had already drawn a sarcastic social media post from Atout.
Instead of her planned trip, Atout posted photos from a Blink-182 concert she attended with her brother and sister-in-law. She laid out the situation plainly in her Instagram caption.
“I saw #Blink182 with my sister and brother-in-law tonight (one of his favourite bands ever) instead of going on my honeymoon because MJF is the worst and pop punk is still alive and thriving. 🖤”
