His departure explains his absence during last night’s episode of SmackDown, where his recent partner Rey Fenix challenged Sami Zayn for the United States Championship without Andrade in his corner.
MJF’s public message will likely fuel speculation about a potential AEW return for Andrade. According to a separate Fightful Select report, sources within AEW have indicated that the door remains open for a comeback.
