The seemingly unbreakable unity of The Judgment Day faces its toughest test yet, as a new and mysterious alliance involving Dominik Mysterio begins to create a rift within the heel faction.

The conflict erupted last Friday during the main event of the Worlds Collide show, where Dominik Mysterio captured the AAA Mega Championship from El Hijo del Vikingo. Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh tried to interfere but were stopped by Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. In the end, decisive interference from El Grande Americano secured the title for Dominik. After the show, Dominik was seen celebrating more with Americano than with his own stablemates, planting the seeds of discord.

That tension spilled over on tonight’s episode of Raw. An aggressive Finn Bálor, with JD McDonagh at his side, confronted Dominik backstage, demanding answers about his connection to the masked figure. Dominik stayed evasive, and the heated exchange brought out Rusev, who stepped up to challenge him for the Intercontinental Championship.

Adding to the intrigue, this El Grande Americano is not the original. With Chad Gable sidelined after shoulder surgery, Ludwig Kaiser has taken over the persona and now leads his own crew of two masked accomplices. The simmering animosity between Bálor and Dominik, teased since WrestleMania in April, now seems ready to explode under the weight of this powerful new outside influence.
