The WWE women’s division has been without one of its top stars since WrestleMania, as Bianca Belair continues to recover from injury. Her absence has sparked constant discussion among fans online, and now the EST has addressed them directly with a message of reassurance.
In an interview with Adrian Hernandez, Belair thanked her supporters and promised that her return is not far off. “I just wanna say to all my fans, thank you for all the love, all the support. I hear you, I see you all online when you’re asking when I’m coming back and that you miss me,” Belair said. “All I can say is be ready, stay tuned. The EST always comes through and shows up and shows out, so, I’ll be back soon.” (h/t Fightful)
Belair has been sidelined since suffering a fractured finger during the Women’s World Championship Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania 41 in April. What initially seemed like a straightforward injury has become more complicated, as the finger—though healed—has not regained full mobility. That limitation creates a risk of re-injury and has delayed her clearance for in-ring action.
She is not the only former champion currently away from the division. Naomi, who recently vacated the Women’s World Title, announced that she and Jimmy Uso are expecting a child. A new champion will be crowned at Wrestlepalooza, the upcoming premium live event.
Although unable to compete, Belair has remained visible on WWE programming. Most recently, she appeared as the special guest referee for the No Holds Barred match between Jade Cargill and Naomi at WWE Evolution. Her message to fans makes clear that her focus is on a full recovery and an eventual return to active competition.
