Major Update On Jey Uso After Being Busted Open At WWE Wrestlepalooza

Jey Uso is reportedly in WWE’s concussion protocol following a scary incident during the Usos’ tag team match against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed at Saturday’s Wrestlepalooza.

The injury occurred in a bizarre moment involving a steel chair. According to a report from Bryan Alvarez, the chair ricocheted off Breakker’s back after a strike and hit Jey directly in the head, leaving him busted open.

“Jey busted himself open, he hit Bron with the chair and it bounced off Bron’s back and split him six ways from Sunday,” Alvarez stated. “He’s in concussion protocol, which is a requirement after any injury like this.”

The contest was already simmering with tension due to the presence of special guest referee LA Knight, who has been embroiled in an ongoing feud with Jey. That animosity was a running theme throughout the bout, with visible dissension between the two frequently stalling the Usos’ momentum.

This friction ultimately created the opening for the match’s brutal conclusion. After Jey’s accidental self-inflicted chair shot, Bron Breakker blasted both Usos with a massive double spear through a table at ringside. Bronson Reed then dragged an incapacitated Jey back into the ring and hit the Tsunami splash to secure the win for his team.

Following the pinfall, LA Knight simply left the ring without acknowledging the victorious duo of Breakker and Reed.

WWE has yet to issue an official statement on Jey Uso’s condition.
