Darby Allin has officially challenged Jon Moxley to an “I Quit” match at AEW WrestleDream. The challenge closed the September 24 episode of Dynamite, where Allin confronted Moxley and the Death Riders while wielding a flamethrower.
WrestleDream is scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025, live from Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis.
The confrontation followed a chaotic segment after Kris Statlander retained the AEW Women’s World Championship against Mina Shirakawa. Wheeler Yuta entered the ring on behalf of the Death Riders, but Statlander feigned an alliance before attacking him, flipping off Moxley, and escaping into the crowd with Harley Cameron.
As Statlander taunted from the audience, Allin’s music hit. He emerged with the flamethrower, forcing the Death Riders to retreat. Once in the ring, Allin declared he would never quit and formally demanded the stipulation match.
Moxley gave no response as the show went off the air. The angle continues next week, with Allin and Statlander set to face Yuta and Marina Shafir in a tag team match.
