The reunited tag team of Jack Perry and Luchasaurus has a new official nickname, “A Man And His Monster.” The branding, revealed through a merchandise listing on Shop AEW, replaces their original moniker “A Boy And His Dinosaur” to reflect Perry’s evolution from the “Jungle Boy” persona.
The duo, once again recognized as Jurassic Express, reformed at the All Out pay-per-view on September 20. The event marked Perry’s first AEW arena appearance since November 2024. Luchasaurus, reverting from his Killswitch persona, assisted Perry by clearing The Young Bucks from the ring after their loss in a four-way ladder match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
Before reuniting with Perry, Luchasaurus had been aligned with Christian Cage’s faction, The Patriarchy, and was briefly partnered with Kip Sabian before that alliance dissolved.
Jurassic Express is now set for their official in-ring return on the October 1 episode of Dynamite, which coincides with the show’s six-year anniversary.
AEW has confirmed their appearance for the broadcast but has not yet announced opponents for the former AEW World Tag Team Champions.
