WWE Tag Team Legends Set For Match With Historic Stipulation

The TNA World Tag Team Championship match between The Hardys and Team 3D at Bound For Glory has been made a Tables Match. The stipulation was finalized during an in-ring negotiation on the September 25 edition of iMPACT!, setting the stage for their October 12 pay-per-view clash.

Bully Ray issued the challenge, citing a lingering desire for revenge. He referenced the 2000 Royal Rumble, where The Hardys defeated Team 3D in their own signature match, a result he admitted has haunted them ever since.

The segment, billed as “The Final Negotiation,” began with The Hardys offering to defend the TNA World Tag Team Championship. Both sides then agreed to an additional stipulation: if The Hardys win, Team 3D must publicly acknowledge them as the greatest tag team of their generation.

Bound For Glory will be held in Lowell, Massachusetts, on October 12. Along with the tag title bout, the card features Trick Williams defending the TNA World Championship against Mike Santana, and Ash by Elegance putting the Knockouts World Championship on the line against Indi Hartwell.

The event will also include a five-on-five Hardcore War and the Call Your Shot Gauntlet, rounding out a card built around high-profile matches and stipulations.
