Kelani Jordan is the new TNA Knockouts Champion, capturing the vacant title at the Victory Road pay-per-view on September 26, 2025. The belt had been relinquished earlier in the night by Ash by Elegance, leading officials to declare it vacant. Jordan secured the championship by defeating Léi Yǐng Lee in a singles contest.
The title match was set up through a battle royal organized after the vacancy announcement. The stipulation called for the final two competitors to advance to a one-on-one bout later in the evening. Jordan and Lee outlasted the field, earning their place in the championship clash. Indi Hartwell was assigned as the special guest referee for the decisive encounter.
The 15-minute contest featured momentum swings on both sides. Lee nearly scored the win with a Blue Thunder Bomb and later applied a crossface submission. Jordan answered with a powerbomb on the floor and a top-rope frog splash, which earned a two count.
A turning point came when Hartwell was accidentally knocked down, leaving her unable to count after Lee connected with her spinning heel kick finisher. Once the referee recovered, Jordan capitalized by hitting a split-legged stunner, followed by her finishing move to seal the victory.
With the win, Jordan not only begins her reign but also sets up her first defense. She will face Indi Hartwell, the referee from her title match, at TNA’s Bound For Glory next month.
