LA Knight Could Be Dealing With Major Backstage Problems in WWE

A notable statement has been made by WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash regarding the current booking of LA Knight. Speaking on his Kliq This podcast, the former WWF Champion speculated that a deliberate “anti-push” from the company might be contributing to a decline in Knight’s physical and mental well-being.

Nash expressed empathy for Knight’s situation, observing that The Megastar’s efforts consistently lead to what he described as a creative “dead end.” This creative stagnation, Nash theorized, could be directly impacting Knight’s conditioning. “I thought that LA Knight wasn’t as sharp body-wise–abs, everything else, which I’m wondering if the anti-push and the kind of dead end run he is having right now is making it very difficult to not f–king eat as clean,” Nash said.

While acknowledging Knight’s physical abilities, stating, “He’s an athletic f–ker, I’ll give him credit,” Nash also delved into the psychological toll of such booking. He elaborated on the mental challenges inherent in the business and reaching a plateau in one’s career.

“All that sh– that gets in your mind, man–it’s a work, you know? It ain’t like you can just f–king go out there and [try harder],” Nash explained. “And then you get to a point in your career where that’s just where you’re at. You’re just not a top guy anymore.”

Nash’s comments come just a week after Knight was involved in a controversial loss on television. On the September 22 episode of Monday Night Raw, Knight was defeated by Jey Uso following a ringside distraction created by The Vision, with whom Knight has been engaged in an ongoing feud. The segment concluded with The Vision launching a post-match assault on Knight, while Uso walked away without offering assistance.
