First Look At Cody Rhodes’ Guile Wig Surfaces Online

The first public glimpse of the wig for Cody Rhodes’ portrayal of Guile in the live-action Street Fighter film has emerged via a social media post from co-star Andrew Schultz. The image, initially posted on Instagram, also showcased the wig designed for Jason Momoa, who is slated to play Blanka.

While Schultz, who is cast as Dan in the film, shared the image last week on his Instagram Story, it only recently gained significant attention within the pro wrestling community after being circulated by fan accounts. One such account reposted the photo with the caption, “Cody Rhodes’ Guile wig has been spotted eyeball emoji.”

The current WWE Champion had been absent from both RAW and SmackDown for several weeks to accommodate the filming schedule for the movie. This new image provides the first concrete look at his character’s appearance, as previous on-set pictures did not feature the iconic hair. The Street Fighter movie is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 16, 2026.

The revealed wig aligns with the character’s signature look from the video game series, featuring Guile’s classic exaggerated blonde flat-top hairstyle. In addition to the hair, Rhodes has also been seen wearing Guile’s signature camouflage pants and military-style gear, indicating an authentic approach to the character’s design. Rhodes is not the only major WWE star involved in the production, as Roman Reigns has been cast to play the role of Akuma.
