The full match card is set for the upcoming NXT vs. TNA Showdown, a crossover special taking place October 7, 2025, at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The event won’t air as a premium live show but will instead serve as a special episode of NXT, featuring direct clashes between both promotions’ rosters.
One of the main highlights is a men’s 4-on-4 Survivor Series elimination match. Team NXT—Ricky Saints, Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans, and Myles Borne—will face Team TNA, made up of Mike Santana, Frankie Kazarian, Moose, and Leon Slater. Wrestlers are eliminated one by one via pinfall, submission, count-out, or disqualification until only one side remains.
The women’s division will also be spotlighted in a Survivor Series elimination match. Jacy Jayne captains Team NXT, joined by Lola Vice, Sol Ruca, and Jaida Parker. Their opponents are Team TNA, featuring Kelani Jordan, The IInspiration (Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay), and Mara Sade. The rules mirror the men’s bout.
A major title clash is also on the card. DarkState (Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin), the reigning NXT Tag Team Champions, will face The Hardys (Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy), TNA’s current champions. It’s a “winner takes all” match, with both sets of titles on the line.
The NXT North American Championship will be defended as Ethan Page puts the belt up against Mustafa Ali. For Ali, this is a long-awaited chance: he was originally set to challenge for the title at NXT No Mercy in 2023 but was released from the company before the match could happen.
The event was initially promoted as Invasion. After backlash in Israel over the use of that term on the October 7 date, WWE changed the name to NXT vs. TNA Showdown to avoid controversy.
