AEW President Tony Khan has officially announced the main event for this Saturday’s episode of Collision. The show will feature the newly formed team of Jon Moxley and Daniel Garcia, known as the Death Riders, taking on The Paragon duo of Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong.
The match comes just days after Daniel Garcia solidified his alliance with Moxley and the Death Riders on AEW Dynamite. Garcia made his turn clear when he blindsided Darby Allin and delivered a vicious curb stomp, crushing Allin’s face into a steel chair. Now, he will step into the ring for the first time as a formal member of the faction alongside Moxley.
The card for this weekend’s Collision is shaping up to be a packed one. The AEW Unified Championship Tournament will continue with two major matches: Kazuchika Okada is set to face Michael Oku, and Konosuke Takeshita will go up against Anthony Bowens.
Also announced, FTR will be in action against Adam Priest and Tommy Billington. In the women’s division, a massive 10-woman tag team match is scheduled, with Toni Storm slated for special guest commentary. Additionally, Mark Briscoe will appear to choose the stipulation for his upcoming AEW All Out match against MJF, who is also scheduled to be at the show.
