Alexa Bliss Returns to WWE at 2025 Royal Rumble

Alexa Bliss returned to WWE during the Women’s Royal Rumble match, entering at number 21. Her appearance marked her first WWE competition since losing to Bianca Belair at Royal Rumble 2023.

Bliss had been absent from WWE following a skin cancer diagnosis in March 2023, and subsequently welcomed her first child in November 2023. She entered the match carrying her signature doll Lily, maintaining her previous character presentation.

Michael Cole acknowledged the online speculation surrounding her status, noting the uncertainty of her return during the broadcast.
