Another AEW Star Injured at Revolution

AEW’s medical team has their hands full as Revolution 2025 left multiple roster members dealing with injuries following the hard-hitting pay-per-view.

The CEO Mercedes Moné confirmed she’s nursing a bruised larynx after taking a stiff kick to the throat during her clash with Momo Watanabe.

Despite the painful injury, Moné managed to gut it out and finish the match without calling an audible.

Her opponent Watanabe didn’t escape unscathed either, as she was spotted leaving the building on crutches with an apparent ankle issue.

Reigning former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland reportedly ruptured his eardrum during his bout with Ricochet but still appeared in the show’s closing segment.

Former International Champion Will Ospreay may have tweaked his hip during the Steel Cage match against Kyle Fletcher after an awkward landing.

AEW officials have stated that while several talents are banged up, no serious long-term injuries have been reported thus far.

The physical toll taken at Revolution once again demonstrates the double-edged sword of AEW’s hard-hitting style – it delivers memorable matches but often leaves its performers paying the price afterward.
