Another WWE legend may have a busy schedule besides John Cena

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray believes The Rock should commit to a full-time schedule in 2025 rather than making sporadic appearances. The former tag team champion shared his perspective during a recent episode of the Busted Open podcast, emphasizing the potential impact on current talent.

The Rock made his in-ring return at WrestleMania 40, teaming with Roman Reigns to defeat Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. Reports indicate The Final Boss may appear in 2025 for potential matches against Rhodes, Reigns, or both at WrestleMania 41.

Bully Ray expressed his thoughts on The Rock’s future involvement:

If The Rock comes back in 2025, I wanna see The Rock come back in 2025. I don’t want part-time bullsh*t. Come back and be fully invested. As invested as you possibly can not just come back for WrestleMania season and then split again. Come back and invest a year in the WWE.

The Hall of Famer emphasized The Rock’s potential to elevate current talent:

I wanna see The Rock use his character, his star power, the amount of that spotlight that he commands to help get everybody else over. One Rock can get over a plethora of talent. Give guys and gals the bump that they need to move up the card. So, that’s the broad stroke of what I’d like to see from him. A little bit more of a full-time investment.

John Cena reportedly considered for Royal Rumble 2025 return

The wrestling landscape in 2025 could see additional changes as PWInsider reports WWE is exploring a potential match between John Cena and Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41.

Cena’s participation in the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble Match could mark the beginning of his final full-time run.

The 16-time world champion last portrayed a villainous character in October 2003. His anticipated return could include pursuing a record-breaking 17th world championship, potentially setting up his first major program since becoming a part-time performer.
