Big Announcement Unveiled for Upcoming WWE SmackDown
Mark Shunock joins WWE as SmackDown’s “Mark Nash” while two title matches and WrestleMania contract signing headline exciting O2 Arena show.
WWE’s blue brand is getting a fresh voice behind the mic. Mark Shunock is joining the SmackDown announce team as the new ring announcer under the in-ring name Mark Nash.
Shunock will make his WWE debut on the March 28th episode of SmackDown, which broadcasts live from London’s O2 arena. The announcement came directly from Shunock himself via social media.

This change follows Shunock’s recent departure from Top Rank Boxing after a 7-year run. He’s also currently working as the in-arena host for NHL’s Las Vegas Golden Knights.
Shunock steps in for Lilian Garcia, who wrapped up her SmackDown ring announcer duties following the Barcelona tapings.
