Bron Breakker declared “total control” for The Vision after a chaotic win with Bronson Reed over The Usos at Wrestlepalooza.
Appearing on the Wrestlepalooza Recap Show with Reed and Paul Heyman, Breakker proclaimed his team the new greatest of all time.
The finish followed a steel chair spot gone wrong, which left Jey Uso legitimately busted open. According to Fightful Select, the blood was unintentional, caused when the chair ricocheted off Breakker’s back and struck Jey in the head. The incident led special guest referee LA Knight to audibly call for the match to end.
Reed immediately hit a Tsunami, and Breakker followed with a spear that sent both Usos through a table for the pinfall. After the three-count, Knight walked out without acknowledging the winners, furthering his ongoing storyline tension.
On Sunday, Jey addressed the situation via Instagram Stories with a short message: “Im good 💉”—a response to Bryan Alvarez’s report that he had entered WWE’s concussion protocol.
Post-show, Breakker delivered his definitive statement: “We’re the greatest tag team ever. After tonight, we beat the supposed greatest tag team of all time. They didn’t beat us. They were never the greatest tag team of all time. We are. Ultimate power. Total control. That’s it. We own this place. These microphones, all this stuff is, we own this entire industry.”
The bold claim came after defeating one of WWE’s most decorated duos. The Usos are eight-time tag team champions and hold the all-time record for the longest reign at 622 days.
