Bryan Danielson hasn’t wrestled since losing the AEW World Title to Jon Moxley at WrestleDream. The American Dragon now admits a slim possibility of competing at Forbidden Door 2025.
During an interview with Daily Star, Danielson confirmed a “5% chance” of returning. “I don’t want to say I’m done done wrestling,” he stated, leaving the door slightly open.
AEW President Tony Khan remains the only person who could change his mind. Danielson explained, “If something horrible happens and Tony calls me… I guess I can do it.”
Neck issues have kept him sidelined since transitioning to a part-time role. Forbidden Door debuts in London this year, but Danielson emphasized his reluctance.
“Never say never,” he added, though his focus remains on recovery. His last match saw him drop the championship in a hard-fought bout against Moxley.
