CM Punk will appear on multiple SmackDown broadcasts internationally as WWE extends his presence beyond Raw. WWE has confirmed Punk will be at the March 21 SmackDown in Bologna, Italy, and the March 28 show in London, England.

These appearances come during a crucial period for Punk, who faces John Cena, Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre in the Elimination Chamber match on March 1 in Toronto. The winner earns a WrestleMania 41 championship opportunity against Cody Rhodes.

Beyond his SmackDown appearances, Punk is scheduled for a steel cage rematch against World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER on March 29 in Vienna, Austria, during WWE’s Road to WrestleMania Live Tour. This follows their previous cage match in Chicago where GUNTHER retained his title.

Punk’s cross-brand schedule indicates his significance heading into WrestleMania 41, with multiple potential storyline directions depending on the Elimination Chamber outcome.

AJ Styles sent a supportive message to Indi Hartwell after her WWE release in November 2024, encouraging her not to give up on her wrestling career.

Hartwell shared the encouraging words from Styles in her latest vlog update, revealing what the veteran performer told her following her departure from the company.

Keep battling, don’t quit. The reason for everything is always there. Don’t let this be the end of the story. If there is anything I can do to help, let me know.

Hartwell resumed her wrestling career in Australia after her WWE exit, winning the Renegades of Wrestling Women’s Championship.

The Australian wrestler competed against Mercedes Mone at House of Glory City of Dreamz on March 15. This marked Mone’s first independent match since 2012.

Styles dealt with his own career challenges recently. During a separate interview, he revealed a foot injury nearly forced him into retirement.

The former World Champion suffered the injury during a match against Carmelo Hayes in October and didn’t return to action until the 2025 Royal Rumble.

Former WWE Star Now in AEW Rejects Notion of Being Demoted in Final Days with Company

Former WWE superstar Ricochet explains during a recent interview with Adrian Hernandez that he viewed his WWE Speed Championship role as an opportunity rather than a downgrade.

Ricochet expressed no negative feelings about being crowned the first-ever WWE Speed Champion during his final months with the company. The now-AEW wrestler addressed the topic in a recent interview with Adrian Hernandez.

Some fans had viewed the booking decision as a potential downgrade for Ricochet, who had rarely appeared on television since his loss to Logan Paul at SummerSlam 2023. However, the high-flying performer maintained a positive perspective on the opportunity.

No… You got to look at everything as an opportunity and if you don’t, then I think you’re already kind of defeated. You have to look at everything — especially, you know, they were putting something into this and I wanted to be a part of, again, building something. Building something and making it as big as possible. I like that feeling and so, again, any opportunity you get, you gotta strike and that’s kind of the way I see it and that’s with everything. Life, wrestling, everything.

Ricochet had previously held the Intercontinental Championship during his six-year WWE tenure before departing for AEW.

In a separate interview late last year, Ricochet made a notable claim about his impact on the wrestling industry. The high-flyer suggested AEW as an entity would not exist without his work on the independent scene.

While he acknowledged he wasn’t solely responsible for the promotion’s creation, Ricochet stated he played a significant role in establishing the foundation for All Elite Wrestling.
