Bad Bunny has claimed that WWE Backlash 2025 will take place in Mexico during an interview with Rolling Stone. The global superstar referenced WWE’s international expansion while discussing the success of the 2023 Backlash event in Puerto Rico.

However, LuchaBlog noted that Bad Bunny may have been referencing a parody post about Backlash in Mexico, stating he “is not a reliable source about WWE being in Mexico.”

During the same interview, Bad Bunny discussed his desire for another WWE match, emphasizing his commitment to pushing boundaries in the ring.
