Drew McIntyre has escalated his feud with CM Punk by resurfacing a 2011 tweet from The Rock that criticized Punk’s ability to draw money in WWE. McIntyre quote-tweeted the 14-year-old message with his own scathing comments directed at Punk.

The original tweet from The Rock stated: “CM Punk: it’s simple business – The Rock is the main event at WrestleMania cause it draws more money in one night, then u will in lifetime.” This post came during tensions between Punk and The Rock before their 2013 championship match.

McIntyre added his own pointed message when sharing the tweet: “14 years on and still relevant. Cry more you bitch Punk. I’ll see you down the line.” The Scottish wrestler’s comments continue the escalating hostility between the two competitors.

This social media attack follows Punk’s promo on Monday Night RAW where he directly criticized both The Rock and John Cena, referring to them as “bald frauds.” Punk’s comments came after Cena and The Rock aligned to attack Cody Rhodes at Elimination Chamber.

The ongoing situation connects multiple storylines heading into WrestleMania 41, with Punk positioned against McIntyre while The Rock and Cena focus on Rhodes. WWE continues building these interconnected rivalries as the premium live event approaches.
