Redmond is currently in Montreal covering the NHL 4 Nations Faceoff tournament, which runs through February 20. The event continues at Montreal’s Bell Centre through Saturday before moving to Boston’s TD Garden, where Monday’s matchups feature Canada vs. Finland and Sweden vs. the United States.
Similar scheduling conflicts have affected other WWE broadcasters. Pat McAfee missed a recent RAW episode for college football coverage, while Joe Tessitore will not appear on this week’s SmackDown as he calls ESPN boxing from Madison Square Garden between Denys Berinchyk and Keyshawn Davis.
