After nearly two years away from the ring, former AEW star The Bunny has officially returned to in-ring action. Her last match took place in September 2023.
Also known as Allie, she appeared as Penelope Ford’s mystery tag team partner this past weekend in Toronto. Together, they faced The Hex—Allison Kay and Marti Belle—at Mystery Wrestling 18 on September 21, 2025.
The comeback is a major step for Allie, whose AEW profile was removed from the company website on November 9, 2023, following confirmation of a mutual departure.
Earlier this month, she revealed she had resumed training, sharing that wrestling helped her find a “light in the darkness” during a difficult year. Her road back included a non-competitive appearance at TNA’s Border Brawl in May 2025 and a self-imposed hiatus beginning in June 2024, which she attributed to needing rest after nearly two decades in the business.
The match officially reestablishes the real-life Laura Dennis on the independent scene as an active competitor.
