As WWE prepares for the return of its all-women’s premium live event, Evolution, two former champions have publicly expressed their desire to be involved. Both Michelle McCool and Kelly Kelly have indicated they wish to participate in the event, which is scheduled for July 13 in Atlanta, Georgia.
The interest from both former superstars was revealed through interactions with fans on social media. When a fan on X suggested McCool should enter the Battle Royal at Evolution 2, the two-time WWE Women’s Champion and recent Hall of Fame inductee gave a direct reply.
“I wish!” McCool wrote.
Kelly Kelly offered a similar sentiment. In response to a fan posting a picture and asking her to be part of the same match, the former Divas Champion also stated her desire to be included.

Their comments come as WWE has officially announced a Battle Royal for the event, with the winner set to receive a women’s championship opportunity at WWE Clash in Paris on August 31.
