Former WWE headquarters in Stamford sold?

WWE’s former production studio in Stamford has been acquired by V20 Group for $7.5 million, while Titan Tower remains under WWE ownership, PWInsider reports.

The development firm based in Darien purchased the Hamilton Avenue studio facility, which spans approximately 33,000 square feet on a three-acre property with adjacent parcels. V20 Group plans to convert the former studio into a premium distribution warehouse.

The transaction led to speculation about Titan Tower’s status, which PWInsider clarified: “WWE has not sold the former Titan Tower building in Stamford.”

WWE continues to own Titan Tower, its headquarters since 1985, while operating from its new global headquarters in Stamford.
