Four WWE Legends Logan Paul could face following Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson success
Following Jake Paul’s highly-viewed boxing bout with Mike Tyson on Netflix, speculation grows about potential WWE dream matches for Logan Paul.
The Maverick’s success in WWE, combined with the platform’s upcoming partnership with Monday Night RAW in January 2025, opens possibilities for legendary returns.
The Undertaker, who made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania XL, heads the list of potential opponents. The seven-time World Champion hasn’t completely dismissed the idea of another bout. Additional candidates include The Great Khali, whose social media presence remains strong, Ken Shamrock, who maintains impressive physical condition, and Shawn Michaels, who previously trained Paul for his Crown Jewel 2022 main event against Roman Reigns.
Netflix addresses WWE streaming concerns after recent issues
Netflix has responded to concerns regarding its ability to handle WWE programming following technical difficulties during the Tyson vs. Paul bout. Despite reaching 60 million global households, the stream faced significant challenges.
According to Fightful Select, Netflix assured WWE that similar issues would be “kept at a minimum” when Monday Night RAW debuts on January 6, 2025.
A WWE executive noted that matching the boxing bout’s viewership would be “a good problem to have.” The move to Netflix may also bring more lenient content restrictions compared to USA Network.
